KD's Custom Exteriors started in Kettle Falls because homeowners here needed a crew that understood metal in Northeast Washington winters — not just a roofer who could order panels, but someone who knew how snow load, valley flashing, and freeze-thaw cycles actually behave on a Stevens County roofline.

Kirt built the business one job at a time. Word spread from one metal roof to the next, then to siding packages, shop builds, and full exterior makeovers. The crew is small on purpose: everyone on site reports to the owner, and the owner is the one who quoted the work.

We don't chase every trade. We focus on exteriors — metal roofing, metal and fiber cement siding, framing, and the trim details that make a house look finished instead of patched. When a project carries inside, we handle flooring with the same standard.

Done right means the roof doesn't leak in year six, the siding seams line up, and the corners and flashings look intentional up close. It also means the homeowner knows who to call if something needs a look.
